Letter to Our Community: Announcing Agent Cake and Our $7.5M Seed Round

Today is an important day for Cakewalk:

We’re announcing the launch of Agent Cake, our new AI Agent that executes mundane Identity Governance tasks on your behalf — like auto-provisioning accounts.

We’re also announcing that we’ve raised a $7.5 million seed round, led by Kindred Capital and Vertex Ventures US.

Over Q1, we've been busy building our next set of features, so alongside Agent Cake, major new releases are on the way:

• AI Risk Score: We’re launching our new AI Score — giving you visibility into the AI risk level of all the apps used by your teams.
  
  
• Managed vs. Non-Managed Apps: This feature enables you to differentiate between discovered applications and those you want to fully govern — coming end of April.
  
  
• Open API: Our Open API is planned for release at the end of May.
